 Warum Knochenaufbau wenn Zahn gezogen wurde?







Mein Zahnarzt will für mein Implantat Knochen aufbauen, leider verstehe ich nicht ganz warum. Es wurde doch erst der Zahn entfernt, ist da kein Knochen mehr da?
Knochenaufbau bei Implantaten ist sehr häufig notwendig und zwar deshalb damit das Implantat ausreichend stabil ist. Genaures kann man nur sagen wenn man ein Röntgen oder CT hat.
